Hermann's Tortoise Question/ Need Help!?

I have an important question and i don't know the answer. I just got a almost baby Hermann's tortoise and he has been sitting in his cage placidly since i got him in there. He's only eaten once, and he just keep sitting in there. I need some help. Experts i'm calling for you!
