I am looking to buy a tortoise and was wondering which one is the easiest to take care of?

I've heard russian tortoises are easy to take care of, and not too expensive, you can order one on LLL reptile for 60 bucks+40 bucks shipping, which is a pretty good price compared to other tortoises. They get around 8 to 10 inches. They need a 75 gallon enclosure or a pen. They also needs ubv lighting and such, a water dish, substrate, and possibly some decor. I've heard these guys have good personalities too.
