Is my friend annorexic?

My friend claims to be annorexic. she does eat very litte, the thing is she does eat. she like pizza bagels, pop tarts, soup, slim jims, candy, etc. she only eats 3 pop tarts at lunch, but the thing is, thats not annorexia is it? cuz she eats.
