Tell me if what what i've consumed is good for a 135 pound, 5'4 tall, 18 year old female...?

Try eating more fruits and vegtables, they will give you the nutrients you need withou the calories. Also give you energy. Try eating toast for breakfast and a glass of milk or eggs instead of cookies. Fettuccine is extremely high in fat so you may want to try a warm goat cheese salad with chicken on the side. Hope this helps :P
