How did i just lose 12 pounds in less than 2 weeks? Completely unintentional also.?

Im 15 and i now weigh 212. I use to weigh 224 two weeks ago but im not concerned or worried about losing weight. All i been eating for the last two weeks was mainly just 4 hotpockets a day, sometimes 6. Today i ate 4 ice cream sandwitches, 2 pop tarts, and 2 hot pockets. Aside from eating: this whole week i been drinking flavored water all week. I also been doing nothing but playing hard in basketball for 2 straight weeks in p.e. That is all we been playing. I like the weight loss but it was unintentional. How is this possible?
