How do I tackle this health issue?

Lately I have been feeling real fatigued. I am always feeling hungry and sick to my stomach, and I crave "savory" foods. This feeling of hunger shuts my body down and I become very sleepy and sick. This same feeling happens after I eat semi-sweet food as well, like a bowl of frosted flakes or a pop tart. I once described that feeling like a sugar koma. I will say however I have never had one of those and I have been tested for diebeties(which I do not have). I thought it was happening because there was too much sugar in my diet, so I started eating meats and veggies to try and fix it. The same feeling hasn't gone away. Even after I eat a wholesome meal my body still feels very fatigued, hungry(almost like I am dealing with malnutrition), and it still tries to shut down. I am never satisfied after my meals although I feel full. I have trouble using the restroom and so my stomach always has sharp pains. Last night I had pains coming from my left kidney areas and the right side of my stomach abdomen area. I eat regularly- 3 times a day. Sometimes I will have a little something in between to settle my stomach because of the hunger feeling, but it never helps. I do not eat fast food or freezer food. My dinners consist of a meat, vegtable, and a starch. I try to mix it up as much as possible and keep it healthy. I don't use much seasonings, mainly garlic. I stay away from salt especially. Can someone please help me.
