What is rong with my health!?

Today I was normal all day and lived a normal day. I woke up at 12:00 noon. Ate 2 packs of ice cream shoppe pop tarts. Went for a walk to my dads house (10 blocks) for dad day. Ate lunch there (2 boxes of hot pocket pepperoni pizza). Came home at 4:00pm. Watched Big Bang Theory season 2 most of the afternoon on blruray. Laughed so hard and then I released AND spritzed at the same time in my pants! I was embarrassed but nobody lives with me anyway so I just cleaned it up and kept watching but now im really worried. Is it normal to have a bowel movent and ejaculate while laughing at a show? Should I see a dcotr?
