Fourth Time My Brackets Fell Off?

Hi, well, I had braces for about a month now, & this is already my FOURTH time one of my brackets fell off. The first time it fell off, I was eating soft cereal [left molar]. The second & third time [happened at the same time] I wasn't eating anything. I was at school & it they suddenly came off [left & right molar], which happened a week ago. NOW, my bottom left tooth, the one below the springs or whatever, came off while I was eating soft Pop-tarts. I'm scared if I make another appointment with the orthodontist, they'll get mad. Remember, this is already my FOURTH time a bracket fell off. Would they charge for anything? Would they get angry? Any tips or foods I should stay away from? Stories would be appreciated. (: Thanks.
