How do I get to this weight?
Hello! Before I begin, please, I ask you very kindly, don't make fun of me. My self esteem is as low as it can get right now. Anyway, I'm a 13 year old girl who is 5'5 and 144. I teeter on 142 and 143 on a good day (for me). I have been running 10 minutes, an hour break, and then another 10 minutes everyday for a week. I have seen somewhat of a loss, but not really. I have cut out pop, fast food, pop-tarts and other sweets. I want to be 136 pounds because that's the ideal weight for someone of my age. Please, please help me! How long should I run, and any other tips? Thanks so much! And P.S., I know I'm overweight already.
